Export Return Policy

• If an export customer requests cancellation before dispatch of the shipment, a return/cancellation charge of 5% of the invoice value will be deducted.
• Once the shipment has been dispatched from our end, cancellation or return will not be accepted.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances (wrong product, quality issues, etc.), the company will review the request and decide at its sole discretion.

International Shipping & Customs Delays

Cancellation by Sri Sudharshan Jewels

Cancellation by Customer

Domestic Shipping

Sri Sudharshan Jewels provides free shipping for orders within India. Your delivery is fully insured. Domestic delivery is handled via reputable logistics services such as:

International Shipping

• Duties and Taxes: All international duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. No additional surprise charges will apply at delivery.
• Cancellation/Returns: International orders cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstance once shipped.
• Insurance Claims: We provide Marine Insurance for all international orders. Please take an unboxing video while opening the parcel. Do not accept the delivery if the wax seals look tampered. Any claims must be initiated and processed by the customer with the insurance authority and logistics partner. Once the jewels clear customs, Sri Sudharshan Jewels does not carry liability for the jewelry or delivery.
• Timeline: Shipped via International EMS. Custom-made products, backorders, or Smart Buy items will require an extra 40 days depending on the item complexity.

• We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders.
• Estimated time of delivery depends on the address and the mode of payment. Average delivery time is 5 to 9 business working days if the product is readily available.

Standard Shipping:

• We provide worldwide free shipping and it will be delivered within 15-25 business days from the date of dispatch.
• For International orders, the time of delivery varies with each country and their import and customs regulation. P.S Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered as Working days.
• As per U.S. customs regulation, orders shipped  may incur import tariffs of approximately 55% of the order value. These charges are assessed by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

1. Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and the weight of the parcel. These charges are determined by the shipping company and include factors such as package weight, customs clearance, and other variables.
2. All international shipments are packed after a quality check by Customs officials in India. The consignment will be inspected, scanned, and checked using X-ray and will be signed by the Customs department.
3. International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

1. If your order includes items sourced from our different branches may be shipped in separate packages to expedite delivery. This means you could receive multiple packages, each arriving at different times.
2. Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch.
